These small group sessions focus on breathing, mindfulness and meditation with an emphasis on relaxation. 

You’ll learn how the breath becomes one of the easiest ways to help relax the mind and body and in turn our ability to remain calm, relaxed and in control.

Regular practice can help to reduce stress and tension, improve sleep quality and generally make you feel happier and healthier.

The sessions are particularly beneficial if you suffer from anxiety, depression or chronic pain.

Cost & Class Details

Sessions cost £5 for 60 minutes.

Classes take place in the wellbeing studio at SportsPhysio Clinic in Shaw, Oldham. 

All mats, blankets and cushions are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own if you like. Please wear warm and comfy clothing as you’ll be sitting still for long periods.

At the end of each session I’m available to offer free support and guidance in relation to mental health and wellbeing.
