Welcome to our Weekly Mindfulness Sessions for Grief Support

Every Wednesday from 8-9pm (GMT), Relax With Lucy & Co. invites you to join our heartfelt, free-of-charge mindfulness-based support sessions via Zoom. These sessions, lovingly guided by Lucy Livesey, provide a gentle refuge for those navigating the complicated emotions surrounding baby loss.

Lucy, a seasoned mental health nurse, a mother who knows the anguish of baby loss first-hand, and an accomplished mindfulness teacher, dedicates her personal time to these sessions with an aim to touch lives and spread comfort.

Our weekly sessions are thoughtfully crafted to provide illuminating insights into the empowering role mindfulness can play during your grief journey. In these sessions, Lucy skilfully introduces practical mindfulness techniques and establishes an empathetic, judgement-free space where families can share their experiences and find solace in the shared understanding of their journeys.

Our community extends its arms to everyone—mothers, fathers, birth partners, and anyone else affected by a baby loss, regardless of the nature or timing of the loss. Each participant brings their own unique perspective, adding to the richness and support of these sessions.

By participating in these sessions, you will deepen your understanding of how mindfulness can foster resilience, help manage emotional turmoil, and aid in finding pockets of peace and acceptance within your grief journey. Under Lucy's compassionate and knowledgeable guidance, you will discover new ways to navigate the trials of grief and find strength in unity.

Don't let this valuable opportunity pass you by. Every Wednesday, from 8-9pm (GMT), join us on Zoom.

Allow the power of mindfulness to light your path towards healing, offering strength and solace each step of the way.
