The Strong Mums Club -Love The Skin Your In!

After having Isaac I decided I wanted to lose my baby weight and get back to what I looked like before I had Isaac (to a fashion). I would love to say I have always been happy in the skin I am in and with my size however this has not always  been the case. After having Isaac it took a whole lot of kindness, acceptance and self-love to keep me positive and focused on my journey. Being kind to myself when I was simply too tired to exercise or lacked the enthusiasm to eat well. I did stick to eating three healthy meals per day most days and lost most of the weight but I knew I needed a little bit of a helping hand and that’s when I contacted studio 32.

Studio 32 is run by some fantastic people who each have their own inspirational stories. I had been in contact with both Katie and Liam. Having known Liam for some years and having only met Katie just over a year ago I knew I would be in capable hands here. Katie was one of my hypnobirthing clients and she has such a lovely way about her. I worked with both Katie and her partner to help them prepare for the birth of their daughter and what a wonderful hypnobirthing story they had to tell. Katie continually recommends people over to my hypnobirthing classes as she always wants the best for her clients. She is specialised in pre and post-natal care when it comes to exercise and she practices what she preaches in regards to her own post-natal care. You can see her amazing transformation below. 

She started the strong mums club which is an amazing club for mums and babies. Alongside my wonderful PT sessions with Liam, I have just started going back to this club and I feel amazing! What I love about the team at studio 32 is that they are so dedicated to the people they work with. They are realistic about your goals and they really motivate you. The strong mums club is a great idea as it brings mums together which is a must after having a baby. It also helps mums to feel less alone while embarking on the new journey of motherhood. I love that you can take your baby too as it makes exercise so realistic especially when you don’t have time to fit a session in at night when routine calls!
